| Social Emotional Learning (SEL): At Irving Elementary, we promote social and emotional learning for all students. It is vital part of our students' education. | |||||
| Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS): Teaching students behavior expectations and implementing a school-wide system is critical to Irving students' success. We Respect Ourselves, Others and Property. | |||||
| School Improvement Plan: Our S.I.P. is a live and working document. We continuously revise and add to it to continue to best meet our students' needs. | |||||
| Aligned State Standards: Currently, our faculty is in the process of mapping our current curriculum to the new Common Core Standards meeting for future state expectations. | |||||
| School Wide Title I School: As a school wide Title I school, Irving Elementary is fortunate enough to offer to our families a minimum of two family reading nights. | |||||
